Client Services Associate
Peacehaven Advisory Group is a growing financial services practice located in downtown Grand Rapids. Currently we are looking for a Client Services Associate. This position plays a key role in providing client and office support to accomplish operational efficiency. Individuals who have a servant’s heart, enjoy a fast-paced environment and can prioritize multiple responsibilities would be successful here. This opportunity offers a pivotal role to personally contribute for the long-term organizational vision and growth.
Your day will provide a variety of opportunities:
- Act as initial contact for a variety of client service requests.
- Manage an efficient organization while maintaining and implementing operating standard operating procedures.
- Maintain databases and produce various reports.
- Schedule, prepare and confirm client meetings.
- Maintain a regulatory compliant office with standard operating procedures.
- Deliver and maintain a client communication calendar.
- Plan, schedule, coordinate, and implement Client Events and document on corporate calendar.
Your Qualifications should include:
- Paraplanning experience; proficient with using financial planning tool; preferably Emoney Advisor
- Experience and proficient with CRM’s; Redtail preferred
- Series 7 and 66 registrations or willing to pursue within first year
- 3-5 years of experience in financial services industry
- Strong attention to details, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Diligent in following established procedures

Orthotic Technician
Pediatric Orthotic Specialists is a custom orthotic provider in Grand Rapids that specializes in children with lower extremity needs. Currently we are hiring for an Orthotic Technician.
