Our company was founded in 2009, specializing in leading seminars to outplaced professionals. Services quickly expanded to include Human Resource services to small – midsized local businesses.
How did you get started in your business?
I had an interest in working with outplaced professionals after the economic downturn of 2008. With over 20 years of interviewing candidates of a variety of backgrounds, I felt I could help them manage the interview process. My services to them include interview assistance and networking tips.

Our primary strength is that we are structured to remain nimble and agile. Our generalist focus gives us the experience to customize flexible solutions for businesses that fit their needs — not ours.

Contact us with your specific needs and then we can discuss a solution that works for you. We offer pricing per project as well as per hour.
What are your payment terms?
For most customers, we invoice monthly or bi-weekly.

We also offer a wide range of job search and placement support services to job seekers, such as resume creation and improvement, networking support, interview prep and job search assistance.
